Youth Ministry
The Red Stone Church Youth Ministry is designed to come alongside parents as theydisciple their youth. As a youth team, we want to make disciples in the same way Jesus commanded us and to encourage our youth to live a Great-Commissioned life themselves. In looking at Christ’s final words to his disciples in Matthew 28, we see that the command to make disciples is defined by three actions: go, baptize, and teach. The youth group of Red Stone Church will incorporate each of these actions into what we do.
Our youth group gatherings are for students from 6th to 12th grade and are held most Sunday evenings from 6-8 pm in the homes of our church members. These meetings include food, games, Bible study, and prayer. It is a great opportunity for youth to interact with other young people and develop meaningful friendships while pursuing a deeper relationship with God together.
The regular youth group gatherings are also supplemented by invitational events every semester, regular opportunities to serve the church body, yearly retreats, and a high school mission trip every two years.
