CULTURAL DISTINCTIONS
All organizations, whether they seek to identify them or not, express cultural distinctions (sometimes known as values) as a gathered group of individuals. We set aside time to gather a sample group from our whole body who was tasked with surfacing our realized - not aspirational - cultural distinctions. Having a greater and clearer understanding of how Jesus has wired and shaped our particular body is very beneficial to us internally as we seek to be consistent on how we pursue our mission and vision. These distinctions are also very helpful to those new to our community as they help people better grasp how community life is expressed at Red Stone.
